Our UK delivery charges start from £2.95. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day, you should receive your order within 3-5 working days. Orders are dispatched with Royal mail 48hr tracked service. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the incorrect item. This will enable us to investigate and rectify the issue. All damages must be reported within 24hrs, after this time we reserve the right to refuse refund/replacement. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

Please contact us to arrange a return, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and confirm approval. Once approved you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 workings days for your bank to process your refund.
