DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the incorrect item. This will enable us to investigate and rectify the issue. All damages must be reported within 24hrs, after this time we reserve the right to refuse refund/replacement.
Please contact us to arrange a return, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
REFUNDS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

Will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and confirm approval. Once approved you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 workings days for your bank to process your refund.
