3. We'll deliver the e-Gift Card straight to your gift recipient's email inbox

Useful info

• Lyssium e-Gift Cards are valid for 12 months.
• Lyssium  e-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Lyssium e-Gift Cards will be delivered straight to your recipient's email inbox, once our security checks are completed
• As the purchaser of the Lyssium e-Gift Card, you will receive an order confirmation email.
• Please note most orders will process within 1 hour from time of purchase to Lyssium e-Gift Card delivery (occasionally orders may take longer therefore please allow up to 24 hours for delivery).
• Please ensure you have entered the recipients email address in correctly. If you entered the wrong recipient email address then please contact us immediately so that we can try and help. If your gift card has been sent to the wrong recipient through your own error and has been redeemed, we cannot be held responsible for this and no refund will be offered.
